These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Neeos application and service (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Neeos is a private, personal assistant application that brings your health, fitness, and productivity data together in one place for your own use. Neeos may connect, at your direction, to third-party services such as WHOOP, Oura, and Apple Health to import data you authorize.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
When you link a third-party service (such as WHOOP or Oura), you authorize Neeos to access the data scopes you approve, through that provider’s official API and subject to that provider’s own terms. Your use of WHOOP, Oura, and Apple Health is also governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. You can disconnect a service at any time; doing so stops further data access from that service.
Neeos presents and summarizes your health and fitness data and may generate personal insights. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Do not rely on Neeos for medical decisions. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider with questions about your health.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access data that is not yours, interfering with or disrupting the Service, reverse-engineering it except as permitted by law, or using it to violate any law or the rights of others.
Some features and modules require a paid subscription. Prices are shown in the app. Subscriptions are billed through your app store account, renew automatically until cancelled, and can be managed or cancelled in your app store account settings. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
You retain ownership of the data and content you provide or connect. You grant Neeos the limited rights needed to store, process, and display that data to operate the Service for you. How your data is handled is described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided on an ongoing basis but may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued at any time. We may update, add, or remove features. We may also update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above, and your continued use constitutes acceptance.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will always be accurate or complete.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Neeos and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; data deletion is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
