Support

Support.

Neeos is an assistant that has read your documents, your notes and your health history, so you can ask it about your own life. If something is broken, confusing, or missing, this page is how you reach the person who builds it.

How to get help

Email jake@neeos.ai. That is the only support channel, and it goes straight to Jake — Neeos is built and supported by one person, so there is no ticket queue, no phone line, and no support portal. Write in plain language; you do not need to know the technical terms.

Bug reports, questions, feature requests and complaints all go to the same address. So does anything about your account, your subscription, or your data.

What to include in a report

None of this is required — send what you have. But the more of it that is in the first email, the fewer rounds it takes to fix:

  • What you did, and what happened instead. The exact steps, and what you expected to see.
  • Which device. iPhone, iPad or Mac, and the iOS or macOS version.
  • Which version of Neeos. On iPhone and iPad it is at the bottom of Settings; on the Mac it is in Settings ▸ Account, next to “Version”.
  • When it happened, roughly — the date and time help locate it.
  • A screenshot, if the problem is something you can see.

Do not send passwords or recovery keys. Nobody at Neeos will ever ask you for either one. Your recovery key is the only thing that can unlock your encrypted content, and it is not something support can use or replace.

Things you can do yourself, right now

  • Delete your account. In the app: Settings → Delete account. On the Mac: Settings ▸ Account. This removes your chats, memories, health logs and documents from the live service; the Privacy Policy explains the one exception, which is encrypted backups that expire on their own.
  • Manage or cancel a subscription. Subscriptions are billed by Apple, not by Neeos, so they are managed in your Apple account: Settings → your name → Subscriptions on iPhone or iPad. Refunds are handled by Apple too, at reportaproblem.apple.com.
  • Disconnect a service. WHOOP, Oura and Apple Health can each be unlinked from inside Neeos, or revoked in that provider’s own settings. Disconnecting stops any further data coming in.
  • Restore a purchase on a new device, from the subscription screen in the app.

Privacy, data and the legal pages

What Neeos collects, how it is stored, what is sent to a model when you ask a question, and how long anything is kept, is written out in the Privacy Policy. The terms that govern using the app are in the Terms & Conditions. Neeos is for adults — see Age suitability. If you want the technical mechanism rather than the clauses, the private architecture page has it.

Neeos is not a medical device and does not give medical advice. If something in your health data worries you, talk to a doctor rather than to Neeos.
